We meet periodically to review safety topics and align on calm, constructive actions.

Cadence

• Target: once per quarter, with extra sessions if a pattern of incidents emerges.
• Meeting invites go to the private sign-up list; agendas are posted here in advance.
• We do not stream meetings or publish recordings to protect privacy.

Typical agenda

• Quick safety update from coordinators.
• Recent trends from public police reports.
• Prevention focus topic (lighting, signage, design).
• Q&A with clear next steps and owners for any follow-up.

Ground rules

• No sharing of names, addresses, or identifiable photos in group settings.
• Keep discussion focused on actions we can take as a community, not speculation.
• Neighborhood watch participants are residents acting in a personal capacity with an interest in community safety. This group does not represent the HOA, its board, or any HOA committees.
